We believe everyone deserves
the best nutrition possible.

Melanie Harrington:

As a whole-body wellness advocate, Melanie is passionate about helping others discover tools to live healthy, mindful lives. She began her professional career as an occupational therapist and over the years has embraced a holistic approach to wellness by completing trainings and certifications in massage therapy, yoga, meditation and mindfulness. In 2015, Melanie opened The Yoga Exchange, combining her love for teaching yoga and her desire to provide a welcoming environment in which people could care for their bodies and minds with compassion.

As a wife and mother, Melanie is focused on keeping everyone in her household healthy and is always on the lookout for nutritious food options. As a small business owner dedicated to wellness, mindfulness, compassion, community, and sustainability, she loves to work with other small business owners who share that same focus. Melanie joined forces with Green Compass, a hemp-based wellness company, and enjoys educating people about the benefits of hemp-based offerings and how they can be incorporated into daily wellness routines. When the opportunity to purchase Juice on Main presented itself unexpectedly, she was excited about the prospect of expanding into nutrition and taking on a new business that aligns with her commitment to community and helping others live healthier lives. As a longtime customer, Melanie knows firsthand about the high quality of the juices, smoothies and acai bowls, and she is eager to continue that tradition -- and even start a few new ones.

When Melanie isn't working, she loves to be in her comfy clothes at home with her family. She is grateful to Jamie and her kids for their support on this new adventure and excited for all that lies ahead. Melanie is thrilled to be part of the Juice on Main community and looks forward to joining you on your health and wellness journey.

Jamie Harrington:

As a longtime runner and yoga teacher, Jamie has always been focused on living a healthy lifestyle. His interest in health and wellness led him to obtain his Ayurveda Health Counselor Certification from the California College of Ayurveda, developing the skills and insights to empower people to make lasting lifestyle and diet changes and achieve their health and wellness goals. When he's not busy with his day job working in financial services, Jamie loves spending time with his family as well as experimenting in the kitchen, where he is constantly creating and refining healthy food options for those around him. Since checking the Boston Marathon off his bucket list several years ago -- crossing the finish line alongside Melanie -- he has embraced the challenge of trying to keep pace with the younger cross-country and track athletes in the Harrington household. He is excited to embark on this new business venture with his family and support the health and wellness of the Juice on Main community.

Jamie and Melanie live in Holliston with their four children.
